It is about 7:30 a.m. in this part of the world. Last night I was able to finish transferring all the posts in this blog to a new location. I invite you all to subscribe. For the time being the subscriptions are free and I hope to keep them that way. Those of you who want to pay for the subscription, buy me a cup of coffee or make a contribution through Pay-Pal can still do it here in the Donations page or use this link that will take you to a safe Pay Pal page.
The move is meant to reduce the cost of running this blog mainly. I paid for the blog off my own pocket for a while but … the way the world is going I may need some monthly help. Not only the web space is getting pricey, VPN, antivirus, Internet providers, equipment renewal (coming up this year), safe email, and other needed features come at a price and my modest income is becoming insufficient. Books and time to read them also cost money.
In a future post I will tell you how my presence in the web and my conversion to the Catholic faith cost me practically all I had. The meanies are still out there until the good Lord decides to take them away. Some of them are no longer around, others are about to depart. May God bless them with a sincere conversion and peace.
Since I am talking about it, the number of readers have grown over the years. My move to a subscription model may help me to better produce more posts and books to serve my audience. I think the new blog looks decent and it is much easier to manage and more stable.
This is an important call that I am somewhat reluctant to make. It is kind of a message in a bottle cast out to sea. If any of you out there can help financially with a substantial endowment, please consider doing it. I cannot explain much now but I promise you it is needed. If anyone is truly interested please contact me. Of course what is substantial to me can be a meager amount to others. No one needs millions here.
I ask all of you to remember me in your daily prayers. It is short, powerful, and free. I pray for all my readers, even for those who sent me the nasty messages I get sometimes.
Thank you for reading the blog. May God bless you always.
