As he was now approaching the path down from the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to praise God joyfully with a loud voice for all the deeds of power that they had seen, saying:  ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest heaven!’ Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, ‘Teacher, order your disciples to stop.’ He answered, ‘I tell you, if these were silent, the stones would shout out.’

It is remarkable how different people are making very profound comments about the spiritual side of the times we are living in. One most interesting note received from a reader September 26, 2024 came through the contact page on this blog. I am very grateful to Fr. P. for taking the time to send it to me. Now all of you can read it. It looks to me like a very clear prophetic interpretation of the events at Fatima in 1917.

You might be interested in this. It is a memory from decades ago which I recalled today.
For what it’s worth…
More than thirty years ago I heard a cassette tape by a Keith Gillette on the Miracle of the Sun of Fatima. His thesis was that the miracle revealed the third secret, or at least part of it, in symbol.
After being hid by rain and clouds, the sun that day, October 13, 1917, appeared and began to zigzag across the sky, whirling, giving off strange colored lights. And then it appeared to fall to the earth, frightening everyone. Was it the end of the world?
But soon the sun resumed its place in the sky, the rain and clouds were gone, peoples’ clothes were dry, and the sun gave off its usual pure light.
The thought: as the sun is the light of the world, so is the Church the spiritual light. But the sun’s zigzagging and whirling and falling teach in symbol what the Church would be going through after the Council, very confusing, wandering, giving off strangely “colored” doctrines, erroneous in teaching, and finally appearing to fall, to die.
And then the Church/sun returns to its normal, correct place, and emits the pure light of its traditional teachings.

Then imagine my surprise when I heard Joe Rogan ad Mel Gibson engage in conversation about Catholic themes, some rarely mentioned in regular Catholic commentary anywhere.

Something is happening (feel free to add your grain of sand via contact form) I dare to say God is raising these new voices everywhere among unusual individuals.

In the video below notice the dialog beginning from minute 27 forward.
