Seek the blessed way

Look at the picture illustrating this post (Isaac blesses Jacob by Govert Flinck) while meditating on the natural implications of Isaac’s blessing. It was determined at that moment that the Messiah was going to be a descendant of Jacob. A young virgin of Israel, the blessed almah was going to give birth to a Boy destined to rule all the nations of mankind. Nor only the nations living at one point in time but all the nations that were, are, and ever shall be.

We are a blessed people indeed.
