Please be advised that all articles related to the Oliveira mystery will be turn into private posts by the end of October 15.

In recent days I read an article in The Best Catholic website. I quote a paragraph that is very prudent and clear. I wish I would have read it long ago. It would have saved me from being scammed by the Gaúcho Youtubers.

Despite the anonymity of Fr. Oliveira and the nun, Mr. Lucas Gelasio serves as their public representative. In my observation, Gelasio’s professional demeanor, as seen in his YouTube videos, exemplifies grace and respect, which in turn adds a layer of credibility to the messages he shares. The respectful manner in which he presents these prophecies prompts viewers to consider them with seriousness and reflection. (Our bold typeset)

Yes. That was the hook. I fell for it in spite of my serious training with sects and false prophecies. The times we are living in are really troubled times. We need guidance. The hierarchy of the Church is now composed by knaves, liars, and cowards who are fearsome of losing the trappings of their easy clerical life. It is a time for swords and they are too busy powdering their faces under their beds. “Outside are the cowards, and the dogs …” (Revelation 22:15)

The writer at The Best Catholic continues to analyze the pseudo-prophecies. My own bold typeset.

A further complication emerges from the conflicting nature of the messages relayed. Mr. Gelasio, the intermediary for these revelations, is faced with the challenge of reconciling disparate narratives. Fr. Oliveira was told that the Great Tribulation “will not start with thunder, but will be gradual and will spread slowly throughout the world,” a contrast to the nun’s alarming prophecy of an imminent World War 3 triggered by the detonation of a “dangerous artifact” — a scenario that undeniably aligns more with a dramatic “thunder” rather than a slow unfoldment.

I agree with most of the article. As for the relying on hierarchical approval of visions, prophecies, apparitions, etc. I have to take exception. I know the path to Vatican approval of apparitions has been a mine-field since the days of Garabandal (1961-1964). Those apparitions that lasted years and comprised some 2,000 or more supernatural occurrences were olympically ignored by the hierarchy since the days of John XXIII. No approval was ever produced and yet, contrary to the case of Fr. Oliveira and the mysterious nun from the Northeastern regions … the prophecies of Garabandal have been fulfilled accurately many times. That includes the one by Conchita Gonzalez who predicted an important Synod that would mark the beginning of the Times of Tribulation predicted by Our Lord in Matthew 24.

That Synod is —in my view— the equivalent of the Trial of Jesus before the cretins controlling the Sanhedrin of Jerusalem. As the faithful Church retraces the path of Our Lord’s Passion, the Synod serves as a similar demolition team “judging” the ancient doctrine of the Church under their own beliefs that are demonically inspired:

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. (1 Timothy 4:1-2)

It took considerable time and effort to translate, revise and publish the prophecies of Fr. Oliveira and his sidekick the mysterious nun. I did it voluntarily because of the bold assertions contained in the prophecies. In my mind, I thought only a darn fool would damn his soul by putting made up words in Our Lady’s lips. Our Blessed Mother gave a date in two occasions that I know:

  • October 12, 1917 when promising the Miracle of the Sun
  • July 18, 1965 when Conchita conveyed a shocking message to the Church that turned out to be TRUE.

This would have been the third time in the last 120 years that Our Lady gives a date for and important revelation. Compare the spectacular Miracle of the Sun of 1917, and the explosive and quite truthful revelation of 1965 with the dud served on October 13th by our imaginary friend, Fr. Oliveira.

A Catholic website expressed this mystery  succinctly:

Garabandal cannot be reduced to simple “events of the past”; it remains mysteriously contemporary as we await the fulfillment of the “Warning”, “Miracle”, & “Great Sign.” “Therefore, judge not before the time: until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts. And then shall every man have praise from God.” (1 Corinthians 4:5)

In studying the communications from Fr. Oliveira I noticed there was nothing new. All prophecies had been uttered before in some other way. There was also a cautious “way out” in case the predictions never came to pass as described. Enough of that, I wrote those off to ordinary prudence. But I thought that sooner or later scoundrels make a mistake. That mistake was the public  announcement of a personal and secret sign to be given this October 13, 2023. The phrase adroitly left the personal quality of the message in an ambiguous midair.

It was at that point when a Franciscan friend wrote to me last week confirming my suspicions:

“As for the prophecy, It is not from God, as that priest is known for many fake prophecies.”

I know he knows more than that but he considered that warning sufficient. That good Franciscan is a person of great integrity. He can be wrong like any of us but I doubt he would pass such a judgement lightly.

When October 13 passed without a hint of unusual activity in the world … I knew what to conclude. I wrote the previous two posts and then the other shoe fell. The “sign” was received but alas! it will be kept under wraps until the Bishop approves. What Bishop? we don’t know. When? who knows! (cf. Revelation 22:15) The technique closely follows the methods of pseudo-prophetic sects. “Keep them on their toes! Keep the money flowing!”

My toes are firmly wrapped in my shoe as I kick this scam in the butt. It is an artful scheme to boost YouTube traffic and make money fooling and fleecing the Catholic public at their hour of need, when we have no visible leaders and our headquarters are occupied by the demonic enemy.

Let us pray for the faithful Church, remain faithful and no more listening to smooth liars.

Pray for the real Pope, kept in pectore by God the Father.
