Then they will see “the Son of Man coming in a cloud” with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.’ (Luke 21: 27-30)

The fight that erupted today in the Middle East occurs in the Anniversary of the Battle of Lepanto that took place on 7 October 1571. That battle was a great victory for the Christian forces at the time.

This may be another sign that we are entering a time of conflict and tribulation unprecedented in history as predicted by Our Lord:

Pray that your flight will not occur in the winter or on the Sabbath. For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short. (Matthew 24:20-22)

The present order that some call erroneously “civilization” will be completely altered in the days to come.

Because of all your abominations, I will do to you what I have never done before and will never do again. (Ezekiel 5:9)

The unprecedented time of distress comes at a time of unprecedented human wickedness. This is something that no one can deny. Human life is cheap in our present world order. A person could lose life before even being born or before the time appointed for the natural end of life. Simple profit is enough of an excuse to cut a life short.

“At that time Michael, the great prince who stands watch over your people, will rise up. There will be a time of distress, the likes of which will not have occurred from the beginning of nations until that time. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. (Daniel 12:1)

The wicked impulse of a sinful world order that seeks to reduce the planet’s population will meet the unstoppable force of the love of God for His creatures. Just like it happened in the days of Noah but with a violence that not even Noah’s Flood knew in ancient times. Truth is going to shake the universe.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’ (Matthew 24:21)

This modest blog may not remain published long, this blogger may not see the light of a new day after the tribulation has passed over this old Earth but I am convinced we have seen the beginning. Take a good look at the present world because you won’t contemplate it much longer.

A day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like the dawn overspreading the mountains a great and strong army appears, such as never was of old, nor will ever be in ages to come. (Joel 2:2)

A new world is being born. Not the new world order planned for us by rich men but a new world imagined by the Creator, a just new order after the triumph of Our Blessed Mother’s Immaculate Heart.
